This is my personal blog, which is about news in general. we have a collaboration, with Mashable. my blog It's called ''Find a way out of reality'' why?, I ask you that question. find a way to escape reality.
that's a big part of it yes but after Boeing's merger with McDonnell Douglas, the Douglas management dominated, not as safety-driven as Boeing was and more cost driven has brought Boeing to where they are now. They kept the Boeing brand after the merger because it was more recognizable. They have now destroyed Boeing's reputation. And the skies are not as safe as they were because of it.
In 2009, the Federal Aviation Administration granted Boeing the right to self-certify its aircraft through its own quality assurance and inspections. https://www.politico.com/story/2019/03/21/congress-faa-boeing-oversight-1287902?fbclid=IwAR1uciSCJj35EH-aA7925Ae-VM-CFle1C9GeYGHDKbLc61QW0hmVmkqNRfY
Has the number of accidents increased because Boeing is the majority of the planes in the skys, so it could just be over sensationalized by media and our exposure to footage is instant and goes viral
Well, the prior head of Quality Control who was blowing the whistle just got found dead with a gunshot to the head days before his testimony Sunday evening
In 2002 I was working a DECID 6/3 project at Boeing they decided to pull the project and take the hit from the FEDS if caught much cheaper they said...
The whistleblower the testified against Boeing, was found dead with a single gunshot wound to the head inside a car at a hotel parking lot. Very interesting
They'll have to go to hell and beyond to earn back the perception of a quality plane manufacturer. Oh look, Airbus' stock price just went up, will you look at that.
If Boeing doesn’t do something very soon to address the current and past problems, their stock is going to go Boing just like a Slinky going down the stairs.
since you asked. Russia, known for being largely whiter than wonderbread and anti DEI everything has always had poor aviation safety records, and it’s getting worse. There were 81 safety incidents in 2023 compared with 37 in 2022. So there you have it Ralph. The women, the gays, and the brown skinned people don’t crash planes just by existing.
Mostly (if not all) authoritarian regimes implement DEI-like policies. You cannot be hired on a role of any significance if you not actively demonstrate your loyalty to "the party", "the president", etc Your professional qualities are always go second. That is exactly DEI-hiring, they just use different rules to hire "right" people.
Many well-educated professionals not-loyal to the regime left Russia the past years ( https://en.wikipedia.org/.../Russian_emigration_during... ). They were replaced by loyal but not so well educated and not so professional citizens.
Your statistics actual confirms what's going to happen when DEI - like hiring policies are implemented national-wide.
Don’t know but the person that was exposing them to the authorities got murdered yesterday and they said he self shot the day he had an appointment with the feds 🤷♂️
and guess who makes money off capitalism, Oh right businesses that have expertise in safety. You are committing on a capitalist social media platform, which made the owner of, Facebook billions of dollars and invested in so-called safety on their platform.
That's what happens when you outsource to other states that don't know what they are doing and don't care. Then you get rid of quality control and there you go----

Lots of money for shareholders and executive management after deregulations were introduced by that orange turd. Big business self-regulating? What could POSSIBLY go wrong?
BTW, anyone noticing the fake profiles that put angry emojies on the more criticising comments? Saw them on other pages, too. 😂 Lol, Boeing, seriously, that's ALL you could think of?!!
Trump deregulated rail and air travel safety and trains are falling off the rails and planes falling apart in mid air but I am sure that is just some bizarre coincidence
That’s easy
ReplyDeleteTrump removed requirements for them to be overseen by a third party inspections. Now they self-regulate.

ReplyDeleteCost cutting has consequences.
ReplyDeleteI will not get on a 737 Max 800 no matter how safe the FAA says it is.
ReplyDeletebecoming like a mosquito, being swatted out of the AIR!
ReplyDeleteI’d rather fly Airbus

walk through a boeing facility and tell me how much diversity you see. It’s definitely not a DEI issue. Try again.
DeleteCorrupt and careless Management has produced that mess….
ReplyDeleteAs John Oliver told us this is a management cancer festering in MBA factories and McKenzie
ReplyDeleteNo way we are boarding on a
ReplyDeleteBoeing Max plane. Profits over safety
Whistleblower just “killed himself” after giving deposition…. Hmmm
ReplyDeleteSuggest you change your fight to Southwest
ReplyDeleteIs it Boeing’s planes or poor quality of airplane maintenance techs at airports?

ReplyDeleteCapitalism, profits over safety.
ReplyDeleteYou probably feel safer with socialism.

ReplyDeleteBoeing sucks!!!
ReplyDeleteNo worries, they are working on improving the quality and fixing the issues.

it was mentioned in the article 😉
DeleteFly Airbus or Embraer.
ReplyDeleteLots of money for shareholders and executive management after deregulations were introduced by that orange turd. Big business self-regulating? What could POSSIBLY go wrong?
ReplyDeleteFly Airbus or Embraer.
ReplyDeleteThe CEO of Boeing is an accountant, the CEO of Airbus is a flight test engineer. Boeing was taken over by cost cutting accountants.
ReplyDeletesuspicious
ReplyDeleteit was an "assisted" suicide
ReplyDeleteAmazing coincidence. The salesman of the month at Airbus turns out to be the guy in charge of quality control at Boeing.
ReplyDeleteWhen shareholder profits trump quality and safety this is the result. Airbus is absolutely ready for Boeing's demise.
ReplyDeleteThis is actually a decent summary of what’s wrong with Boeing.

ReplyDeleteA direct result of Citizens United.
ReplyDeleteWhistle blower found dead in car? What is actually going on?
ReplyDeleteBetter ask what happened to the Boeing whistle-blower who died of "suicide".
ReplyDeleteIs this a case of poor quality control or sabotage? Need a shake up from top to bottom.
ReplyDeleteWhat womg Trish. Don't you think people asking questions?
ReplyDeleteDEI hiring?? Hiring under educated grads??
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to the whistleblower?
ReplyDeleteI will not fly on a Boeing plane again.
