'Fast and Furious 9' trailer spotlights sibling rivalry with John Cena
Almost two decades after the original The Fast and the Furious film, the franchise's crew reunited for one of two upcoming films to be directed by Fast and Furious veteran director, Justin Lin.
In the teaser trailer released on Jan. 28, audiences saw Dominic Torretto (Vin Diesel) in action, this time as a father. In addition to his newfound familial ties, it seems that Dom has finally met his match. The full trailer further reveals that Torretto crosses paths with a longtime rival — and estranged brother — Jakob (John Cena).
Fast and Furious 9 premieres in theaters on May 22, 2020.
I'd love to see it. But I forgot to see the other 8 movies. I don't think I would be able to keep up with the nuanced characters and complicated backstories.
ReplyDeleteI guess I just missed out for this lifetime. Oh well.
Sean and Han are the only best part of this trailer 🔥🔥👍
ReplyDeleteFast & Furious 20: Shakedown at the Retirement Village.
ReplyDeleteYes! So in!
ReplyDeleteOkay question is how is hAn even alive after being in his car when it was blown up. Did he some how escape it before it was blown up or what?

ReplyDeleteActually looks awesome lol!
ReplyDeleteI love this series of movies, but it really did jump the shark after #6. Furious 7 was cartoonishly outlandish, and they've been going downhill ever since. I guess Paul Walker was the secret sauce, because they're definitely missing lacking now.
ReplyDelete9 of these movies is too much. The original was fantastic. The last few have been way too far fetched. It's become James Bond with muscle cars.
ReplyDeleteWhenever fast and furious people announce a better bigger movie it usually involves tanks submarines airplanes anything but normal cars that people can actually buy. I won’t be watching in theaters.
ReplyDeleteI've gone to see every one of them in theaters. Mainly out of tradition since the third one. When they announced they were adding Cardi B I decided it's officially dead as far as I'm concerned. It really should have ended when Paul Walker died.
ReplyDeleteI see Cena in a movie, I run the opposite direction
ReplyDeleteJohn Cena shows up so you don’t have to watch the movie.
ReplyDeleteLet’s see him and The Rock go head to head in the movie.....in a ring.
ReplyDeleteMeat heads in cars 9..
ReplyDeleteCena's not a bad looking guy. He really should invest in acting lessons otherwise, he'll always get the 'big doofus' roles.
ReplyDeleteHe is going to need a tighter t-shirt to be in this movie.
ReplyDeleteIt's just blue clouds and a car...
ReplyDeleteWhy he looking like Mark Wahlberg 2.0 :)
ReplyDeleteJohn Cena is not a good actor... neither is the Rock but Cena is worst
ReplyDeletehe looks much older
ReplyDeleteCould do without Tyrese. He contributes nothing to the series.
ReplyDeleteJohn Cena loves ALL Americans. And horse steroids. TONS of steroids.
ReplyDeleteThese movies keep being made and Trump is our president, we need to make college more affordable
ReplyDeleteHere, let me sum up the plot since it's really no secret at all like they said...Vin will gather his "familia" together to save the world one last time...again...after being contracted by the CIA or some directive of one, but do it all in the name of Brian because that's what Brian would have done. Michelle R. will be the ground for Vin, Tyrese will always be complaining and screaming about something while Ludacris will always be trying to one up Tyrese. Add a peppering of other little roles from Cardi B, Charilze, Jordana and so on with John Cena and you have EVERY OTHER FAST MOVIE EVER MADE!!
ReplyDeleteso when will they go back to racing cars
ReplyDeleteStopped watching after the loss of PW. Not really interested now.
ReplyDeleteWhen will it end.
ReplyDeleteCena needs to play more bad guys. His most recent movies were cute, but he needs to branch out. He'd be perfect for a Marvel or DC Big Bad.
ReplyDeleteHe is going to need a tighter t-shirt to be in this movie.
ReplyDeleteyou're in trouble when the actors can't even act in these terrible posters.
ReplyDeletehe looks much older
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for fast and furious part 50 . The final ride double confirm
ReplyDeletePlease stop making these movies
ReplyDeleteY'all gonna ride this Fast an Furious thing till Jesus returns, I see. Jeez. #9? Can we get back to illegal racing.. What have they done!!!
ReplyDeleteHe seems like a likable guy but good lord he's a bad actor.
ReplyDeleteJohn Cena, replacing Paul Walker maybe???
ReplyDeleteLove his work ethic but he is by far the WORST actor I have ever seen. I mean he's bad! He's Jessica Alba bad!!!
