  1. Musk should look after all the hundreds of thousands recalls on the junk TESLA'S. Maybe his employees need to let him know what they did last week.... built junk

    1. That’s not the point. Some are being dismissed with the reason of “poor performance” attached, even though they had good performance reviews from management.

The firings are not strategic. Merit counts for nothing in these firings, though Trump says he is making positions merit-based by attacking DEI.

  10. It's been proven that public sector is never as successful as private sector. It is time to treat our government as private business. It takes businessmen to run successful business. Hope this time it will work. Get rid of useless employees that are just there to create bigger budgets. Start from scratch!

    ReplyDelete

    1. government is not meant to be profit focused that’s the difference government is meant to deliver needed services to the people is it efficient ? Not always but if you break the complex systems it’s never good anyway that’s moot the fact is running efficiently programs regularly through the bureaucracy is a good thing and find huge savings and cost cutting is a absolutely possible but it looks nothing like what Musk is doing his plan is so obviously something else entirely I hope it doesn’t end in tears for you 👍

      Delete
    2. been crying enough last 4 years. Look at salaries of these "not for profit" agencies. Look at salaries and worth of public government officials. Look at where our money going internationally so no one can trace it like LGBT opera in Columbia. Why were you not crying hearing where out money is going.

      Delete
    3. with respect your missing the point you can remove those programs and redirect or save the money spent your being sucked in by the propaganda hyperbole. It’s an easy Fix Musk is focusing your attention on immaterial silly things so you dont realise that you are being robbed via the back door it’s ok but I think it’s going to end in tears 😭 I’m not trying to change your position I agree money needs to be saved but what Musk is doing isn’t that I’m politely suggesting you may need to go and check the locks on the back door 😳😳

      Delete
    4. the efficiency programs have not proven to be efficient to anyone but the ones running them. This needs to stop.

      Delete
  11. They’re probably using a system to sift through all the emails and are flagging those that include DEI, gender, etc. Definitely not encouraging anyone to send emails with “keywords” through an app called InstAddr that generates disposable email addresses and lets you send them messages through. Also not saying that there haven’t been any bounce backs. Totally not saying anything 😂

  14. This is what a dept or individual sends when they really don’t know what to do or how to tackle the mammoth task of government efficiency.

I mean, how do you know if what’s been sent back is the best use of time without knowing what KPIs each team is working towards?

I could have done 50 things last week that sound impressive but if they’re not contributing to the KPIs my dept is working towards it’s all a waste of time. Likewise I could have done 1 thing last week that made a significant contribution.

Can you also imagine how much time and effort each person wasted responding to an email that doesn’t achieve anything?

Unless, they know who they’re getting rid of and this is the excuse they need to enact a mass firing.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Canadians and Australians have the HR email address and want to contribute. It’s been passed around on Instagram.

  17. Musk is a con man pulling off the biggest heist ever done reducing fat Bureaucracies is easy we do it all the time both in the private and public sector and you don’t use half a dozen 22 year old hackers to do you use accountants you also don’t need said 12 year olds to have access to all your private bank accounts , social security records and accounts , pensions and or medical information in fact he claims to have found what 50 billion of a 4 trillion dollar budget in 4 weeks I could have found 1 trillion in that time without instantly kicking tens of thousands of public servants ( most of them veterans I might add) or do you need to remove the checks and balances and or guard rails that are there to stop corruption and theft nor do you need to place back doors into systems for later access to public moneys unless you plan to steal it your self 😳😳

  27. Ah, that tracks. If the recent ketamine revelations about Elon Musk were surprising, they really shouldn’t be—his erratic behavior, wild mood swings, and increasingly unhinged tweets all fit the pattern of someone misusing a dissociative drug.

It’s one thing to use low-dose ketamine therapy under medical supervision for depression (which has legitimate benefits), but Musk’s public meltdowns, paranoia, and impulsivity suggest something a bit more… chaotic. His whole Twitter/X takeover, bizarre political flip-flopping, and open feuds with his own companies’ investors? Classic signs of someone making big decisions in an altered state.

Honestly, it’s almost poetic: the man who championed AI and space travel is now seemingly floating in a self-inflicted K-hole of his own making. 🙃
